An initial consultation, where we will go through a consultation form, your expectations and any issues you might be experiencing, this needs to be done over the telephone or video call now prior to your treatment, we can schedule in a convenient time. The treatment is approximately 45mins in duration and will involve deeply relaxing foot massage techniques followed by reflex work using a choice of wax. The treatment will leave you feeling utterly relaxed and calm. As previously stated, my role is not to diagnose, it's to promote inner well-being but we may discuss any imbalances noted. I may give you an aftercare leaflet that will incorporate certain hand reflexes you can do yourself at home.

An initial consultation, where we will go through a consultation form, your expectations and any issues you might be experiencing. The treatment is approximately 45mins in duration and will involve a specific set of sequencing that will work the body's lymphatic system and encourage movement and drainage. I will also offer on the first treatment the option for measuring (if you are coming with lymphoedema - we can measure the affected limb before the start of the treatment and then measure directly afterwards, thus showing any reduction. There is a specific protocol for measuring which involves measuring* the arm/leg at 4cm intervals) Of course, this isn't mandatory but on the first treatment, doing this may give you confidence in the treatment :-) If you are having RLD for other conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines, Sinusitis, Hayfever, to name but a few, there is no specific tangible measuring we can adopt, we can only measure on how you feel. The treatment is not only effective but also extremely relaxing. I may give you an aftercare leaflet that will incorporate certain hand reflexes you can do yourself at home.

An initial consultation, where we will go through a consultation form, your expectations and any issues you might be experiencing. The treatment is 1 hour in duration and will involve deeply relaxing foot massage techniques followed by reflex work using a choice of wax. After I have gone through the Reflexology sequences, I give a Reiki treatment, concentrating on any areas of imbalance noted during the Reflexology and also the chakra points. Many clients have likened it to sitting next to an open fire. Once the treatment has concluded, we will go through any imbalances noted but, as previously stated, my role is not to diagnose, it's to promote inner well-being. I may give you an aftercare leaflet that will incorporate certain hand reflexes you can do yourself at home.

The treatment is approx 45mins, performing Reflexology using both hot stones and my thumbs/fingers. Hot Stone Reflexology takes the relaxation achieved during a Reflexology treatment to a whole new level. It's utter bliss and will leave you walking on air.
Once the treatment has concluded, we may go through any imbalances noted but, as previously stated, my role is not to diagnose, it's to promote inner well-being. I may give you an aftercare leaflet that will incorporate certain hand reflexes you can do yourself at home.
AROMAREFLEX

An initial consultation, where we will go through a consultation form, your expectations and any issues you might be experiencing. The treatment is approx 60mins, I will make up the blend with you present. We will have discussed any issues over the telephone so I will be able to research the best oils to use for maximum benefit. I will use the blend during the Reflexology treatment and then will give you the rest of the blend to take home. I will give you a tailored aftercare sheet, which will detail specific hand reflexology points that you can do yourself at home between treatments, using your bespoke blend. It is a 30ml pot and this usually lasts a good few weeks.
This really is a wonderful treatment, all the benefits of Reflexology but with the added benefits of essential oils tailored specifically to you and your needs.

An initial consultation where we will go through a consultation form, expectations and any issues that you might be experiencing. The treatment is 45 mins of wonderfully calming Crystal Reflexology treatment which incorporates the use of specific crystals on the points on the feet that represent the chakras. Crystals have their own unique vibrational energy and they interact with your energy to focus, direct, detoxify or diffuse energy. It's a non-invasive therapy and works in total harmony with Reflexology. The aim is to restore the body's natural rhythm and equilibrium (homeostasis). The Crystals used in Crystal Reflexology are used for the 7 main chakras: Crown (Milky/Snowy Quartz), Third Eye (Amethyst), Throat (Blue Lace Agate), Heart (Rose Quartz), Solar Plexus (Citrine), Sacral (Carnelian), Root/base (Hematite).
The use of crystals is interspersed with hand reflexology as well as crystal wands. All crystals are used with a gentle pressure.I will also lay some larger crystals on your body (if you are OK with this), such as rose quartz on your heart chakra.

An initial consultation where we will go through a consultation form, expectations and any issues that you might be experiencing. The treatment is a wonderfully calming Indian Head Massage which incorporates gentle massage on the upper back, arms, neck, head and face, duration approximately 30 mins. You can choose to have the treatment with or without oil. The oil used is 100% natural and you can select an energising aroma or a calming aroma. Some clients love the oil in the hair and even leave it in overnight, some don't. There's no right or wrong, it's just personal preference. This treatment is usually done "seated", this means you are sat in a chair for the duration. However, I can adapt the treatment for the 45 min version so that you are laid on a massage couch. I will give you an aftercare leaflet post treatment with a couple of areas that you can work yourself, should you need to.
REIKI
REIKI TREATMENT - £30 per treatment

An initial consultation, where we will go through a consultation form, your expectations and any issues you might be experiencing. The treatment is approximately 45 mins in duration and will involve both hands on and hands off Reiki. I use the Usui Reiki method. Reiki is a deeply relaxing and non-invasive therapy that is suitable for everyone. Responses differ from client to client but, come in with an open mind and see how Reiki makes you feel. Some people feel heat, tingling, see colours etc, each response is as unique as the individual laying on the couch. Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a holistic therapy for balancing and harmonising the body, mind, emotions and spirit, promoting deep relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothing as you remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.
HOLISTIC FACIAL

An initial consultation where we will fill out a consultation form. For the Holistic Facial, it's better if your shoulders are bare but you can request to keep your top on and I'll work around it. If you are happy to remove your top, I will provide a modesty wrap. The Holistic Facial uses Neal's Yard rehydrating Rose facial range.
You will have a wonderfully relaxing facial massage, incorporating acupressure points, energy work and also a scalp, shoulders and decolletage massage. It's absolutely heavenly.
HOT OIL INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

An initial consultation where we will fill out a consultation form and talk through any concerns you may have. At your treatment, you will be given a towelling wrap to protect your clothes and you will be made comfortable on a chair (the authentic way to have Indian Head Massage). The Hot Oil Indian Head Massage treatment is a thoroughly relaxing treatment, it starts with gentle hair brushing, hot oil is then applied to the hair/scalp and massaged in, followed by more hair brushing. Once the hair is covered in oil, you will have a relaxing and distressing back, neck, shoulders and arm massage using various massage techniques to ease tension in the upper back/neck and arms. This is followed by a calming & rejuvenating scalp massage, again using various techniques to either relax or invigorate. Great for those who feel tension or who have tight scalps. You are then treated to some facial pressure points, along with some gentle and non-invasive sweeping massage strokes and finishing the treatment with a little more scalp and back massage.
I use all natural oils and they are heated using a Bain-marie method. I have a choice of Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Coconut. You will be given instructions how best to remove the oil when you're ready to wash out, leaving your hair smooth and nourished.
FOOT AND LOWER LEG MASSAGE

An initial consultation where we will fill out a consultation form and talk through any concerns you may have. The treatment is aimed at clients that are on their feet a lot and feel their feet are in need of some R&R. As this treatment incorporates a foot & lower leg massage, please make sure I can easily access the legs below the knee (please wear loose fitting trousers or a dress/skirt/shorts). I use Songbird Massage wax for excellent massage glide. It will leave you feeling light of foot and deeply relaxed. Whilst Reflexology does incorporate some of these wonderfully calming & relaxing effleurage moves, Reflexology is more centred on working the reflexes that represent the systems & organs of the body. This treatment is a pure, unadulterated, relaxing foot & lower leg massage. If you opt for the 45 minute treatment, this will include a cleansing, calming foot soak at the beginning of the treatment. Whilst your feet are soaking, I will be giving you a mini Indian Head Massage too, this is done over clothes and is entirely optional but it is incredibly relaxing.
CONTRAINDICATIONS & PAYMENT
Whatever your reason for deciding to choose Reflexology, or any of the other therapies that I offer, I really don't think you'll be disappointed. With time allocated totally to you, the treatment will relax you and, hopefully, re-balance you. When booking your appointment, please let me know if you have any contraindications that would prevent a treatment or be noted as a caution, these include:
Acute undiagnosed pain
Aeroplane Flights (within 24 hours of treatment) this is just a caution for those that have never had Reflexology before
Contagious or notifiable disease (this includes any infections on the feet too)
Deep Vein Thrombosis
Diarrhoea and/or vomiting
Drugs or Alcohol
Fever
Gangrene
Haemorrhage
Any medical tests or procedures
Unstable Heart Conditions (this is only for undiagnosed Heart conditions or conditions under investigation) Anything else, we'll discuss prior to booking.

Please remember that what is said in the treatment room, stays in the treatment room. Confidentiality is key: you need to trust me and I need to trust you.
I am fully qualified and am a member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists) and the UK Reiki Federation.
Finally, please remember that Reflexology/Reiki/Indian Head Massage/Holistic Facial should not replace medical intervention. If you are at all worried about an issue you are experiencing, you should visit your GP. Reflexology is a Holistic therapy designed to calm and re-balance the body, giving you the space to create inner calm and well-being. It should not be used to replace conventional medicine but rather work alongside (if not contraindicated).
